We have simplified our check out process to offer you savings on shipping charges.

Bidz products are separated into 3 different classifications:

Jewelry Items are small high-value items suchas earrings, bracelets, necklaces, rings, eyewear, accessories and some watches that may be shipped together.

Silver/Base Metal Items are items consisting mainly of silver or other alternative metals such as base metal, tungsten, or titanium which do not contain gemstones.

Oversized Items are items that may come individually packaged and are too large or bulky to be accommodated by our standard shipping rates. Specific charges may apply and will be available on the item description page.

Now you can check out for all items in your shopping cart and save on shipping. When items from different classifications are combined; you will be charged the highest rate from the items combined and applicable handling charge for the remainder of the items. To provide you with the most economical shipping rate not all items purchased together may arrive in the same box.

Jewelry Items - Canada Delivery

Jewelry items shipping rates are determined by merchandise value and apply FedEx FIMS and FedEx orders.

* FedEx FIMS Service (FedEx International Mail Service) will be shipped to a FedEx sorting facility in New Jersey. Packages are then shipped to your country to be delivered by your local Post Office. Delivery is 3-4 Weeks.

Shipping Policies

• Upon receipt of funds, it may takeBidz.comup to 5 business days to ship your order. During peak season, your order may take longer to ship. Please note, additional services such as ring resizing or jewelry appraisal reports may delay your order 7 additional days.
• The customer is responsible for all customs fees. Please consult your local Customs Office for duties, regulations, and restrictions.
• Handling charges include packaging material and insurance and are based on classification unless stated otherwise in the item description
• Some items even if combined with other itemswill require an additional shipping charge.

Shipping to APOs and FPOs

• Orders up to $500 will be shipped via USPS priority service.
• Orders over $500 must be shipped to a physical address.

Tracking Your Shipment

You can track your order online once it has shipped. A tracking number may be obtained under View My Orders in theMy Bidz Control Center. Click on your Tracking Number, and you will be able to track the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 2 business days for tracking information to update on the shipper's website.
