We have simplified our check out process to offer you savings on shipping charges.

Bidz products are separated into 3 different classifications:

Jewelry Items are small high-value items such as earrings, bracelets, necklaces, rings, eyewear, accessories and some watches that may be shipped together.

Silver/Base Metal Items are items consisting mainly of silver or other alternative metals such as base metal, tungsten, or titanium.

Oversized Items are items that may come individually packaged and are too large or bulky to be accommodated by our standard shipping rates. Specific charges may apply and will be available on the item description page.

Now you can check out for all items in your shopping cart and save on shipping. When items from different classifications are combined; you will be charged the highest rate from the items combined and applicable handling charge for the remainder of the items. To provide you with the most economical shipping rate not all items purchased together may arrive in the same box.

Jewelry Items - US Delivery

Jewelry items shipping rates are determined by merchandise value and apply for USPS and FedEx orders.

Oversized items shipping rates are based on dimensional weight and not merchandise value. These items are too large or bulky to be accommodatedbyourstandardshipping rates. Shipping charges may be found on item description page.

Shipping Policies

• Upon receipt of funds, it may take Bidz.com up to 5 business days to ship your order. During peak season, your order may take longer to ship. Please note, additional services such as ring resizing or gem and jewelry reports may delay your order 7 additional days.
• Handling charges include packaging material and insurance and are based on classification unless stated otherwise in the item description.
• Some items even if combined with other items will require an additional shipping charge.

Shipping to APOs and FPOs

• Orders up to $500 will be shipped via USPS priority service.
• Orders over $500 must be shipped to a physical address.

Shipping to Guam and Puerto Rico

• Orders will be shipped via USPS priority service or FedEx International Economy (International rates will apply).
• There is no overnight delivery available to these destinations.

Tracking Your Shipment

You can track your order online once it has shipped. A tracking number may be obtained under View My Orders in the My Bidz Control Center. Click onyour Tracking Number, and you will be able to track the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 2 business days for tracking information to update on the shipper's website.
