Landmark Global normally takes 8-12 business days in transit and 3 to 5 business days processing.
For orders shipped to Canada via Landmark Global, we will collect 15% from the merchandise total at checkout (international surcharge) to cover GST, PST,HST and other taxes associated with importing merchandise and customs duties. You will not be charged duties or fees upon delivery with Landmark Global shipping service to Canada.
FedEx Economy normally takes 3-5 business days in transit (may vary due to customs) and 3 to 5 business days processing.
Aramex normally takes 3-5 business days in transit and 3 to 5 business days in processing.
FedEx International Mail Service (FIMS) normally 3-4 weeks in transit and 3 to 5 business days processing. Packages shipped via FedEx FIMS are first shipped to a sorting facility in Newark, NJ and then delivered by you local Post Office.

Shipping Policies
- Our shipping and handling charges compensate Bidz for processing your order, handling and packing the items you purchase and delivering them to you. Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Redondo Beach, California, within 5 business days of receiving your payment. During peak times, your package may not ship as quickly and if your order has expedited shipping it may ship faster.
- Please note, additional services such as ring resizing or jewelry appraisal reports may delay your order 7 additional days.
- The customer is responsible for all customs fees. Please consult your local Customs Office for duties, regulations, and restrictions.
- Some items even if combined with other items will require an additional shipping charge.
Shipping to APOs and FPOs
- Orders up to $500 will be shipped via FedEx Smartpost.
- Orders over $500 require physical address for delivery.
Tracking Your Shipment
You can track your order online once it has shipped. A tracking number may be obtained under View My Orders in the My Bidz Control Center. Click on your Tracking Number, and you willbe able to track the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 2 business days for tracking information to update on the shipper's website.
